Please read these terms carefully before using the Sakla platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sakla website at sakla.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. 3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on Sakla. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. Sakla will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Sakla immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. We recommend changing your password promptly in such cases.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of Sakla, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any form of automated tool, bot, or script to interact with the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
- Engaging in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
- Circumventing any geographic or access restrictions imposed by the platform.
Sakla reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund withholding, or permanent closure, without prior notice where warranted.
5. Payments and Transactions
All account balances on the Sakla platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment channels listed on the Deposit page. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed through the relevant payment provider. Sakla is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable minimum or maximum limits communicated through the platform.
Sakla does not charge fees for standard deposits, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the user. Transactions that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with normal account activity may be held for review pending verification.
All gaming activity using your account balance is final once completed. Sakla does not reverse bets or game results after play has concluded, except where a technical error is confirmed and attributable to the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Sakla provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure consistent access and fair operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sakla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from platform downtime or errors outside our reasonable control.
Sakla does not guarantee any particular outcome from gaming activity. All games involve risk, and past results do not indicate future performance. Users participate at their own risk.
All content on the Sakla platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, written content, and game assets — is the intellectual property of Sakla or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
Sakla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Sakla may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of Sakla after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the Sakla platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
